These terms govern your use of infinitehope.org and the services Infinite Hope, Inc. provides through this site.
No medical treatment
Infinite Hope does not offer medical treatments. It is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that connects eligible patients with outstanding services. Any medical care referenced on this site is provided by Synergy Network practitioners — not by Infinite Hope.
Grant decisions
The Board selects grant recipients based on selection criteria and the funds available at the time of review. Submission of an application does not guarantee a grant.
Donations
Donations are processed via Stripe through Donorbox. All donations are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Tax receipts are issued automatically for donations of any amount.
State charitable-solicitation disclosures
State-specific charitable-solicitation disclosures (NY, FL, CA) appear in the site footer and apply to all donation interactions.
Limitation of liability
Infinite Hope, Inc. provides this site “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from your use of the site.
